FLOW Finale Ligure Outdoor Festival
The Finale area boasts a long tradition of high-level sporting events and is famous all over the world for the sea, the mountains and its historic villages.
FLOW Finale Ligure Outdoor Festival represents the synthesis of the Finale Ligure outdoor movement and it is no coincidence that it includes two of the most important sporting events of the year, Epic Blue SwimRun Finale Ligure and the Bluegrass Trophy Of Nations. Between the two main events, a dense schedule of activities – the Flow Days – will create a real festival of the great outdoors.
Between the seafront of Finalmarina and the alleys of Finalborgo you can browse the stands of exhibiting companies, hold the latest innovations of the upcoming season in your own hands, and, why not, get an autograph signed by your favourite athlete.
Flow gives everyone the opportunity to get to know the Finale area via whichever means of transport they may choose, their preferred approach and type of experience: by bike, on foot, by boat, with rope and climbing shoes, or on a surfboard, to improve or simply have a go at the practice of an outdoor activity.
There will be outdoor professionals and internationally renowned athletes on hand to accompany participants on one of the many adventures that the FLOW program offers to make the experience even more unique, to share their stories and inspire us with the stories of their lives.
This is FLOW – much more than a fair, a race, a test centre or a weekend, it is a complete outdoor experience that involves us directly with body and soul.
